Egbe-Idimu council boss declares second term ambition

THE Chairman of  Egbe-Idimu Local Council Development Area of Alimosho Local Government, Hon Kunle Sanyaoolu Olowoopejo (KSO) has expressed interest in a second-term bid in order to complete his ongoing projects.

The present administration of Sanyaoolu began in July 2017 after operating in office with his predecessor, Honourable Waheed Adebayo Hello as Vice Chairman.

With less than a year to go in the present administration, Sanyaoolu boasts of a number of projects, according to his media aide, Comrade Oyejobi Olakunle.

Mr Oyejobi told AlimoshoToday that the Secretariat was in shambles and it was renovated by the Chairman. He said the local council's Town Hall, which occupies a customary court, multipurpose hall and marriage registry with two power generating sets, was equally built.

He also said that over 18 boreholes have been provided for the community with over 25 completed drainages and culverts.

The drainage includes the ongoing road construction and drainage systems on Shobukola Road and Council Market Road in Council, Idimu area.
