THE Cooperator Olusegun Folorunsho Shodiya Campaign Organization (COSCO), a political group in Alimosho, on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, donated campaign souvenirs to the APC flagbearer for the House of Representatives, Alimosho Federal Constituency, Barrister Ganiyu Adele Ayuba (Mayor KK).
While presenting the campaign materials, Hon. Habeeb Oderinde, Chairman of COSCO, said the idea was to show solidarity and support, from the group to the candidate, in preparation for the general elections slated for February 2023 by the INEC.
"We have long started mobilizing both human and material resources towards your election victory; what we are doing today is just to show you a bit of our effort by donating some of the campaign souvenirs for you to know we are strongly with you in the race to success," said Oderinde.
Responding, the Director-General of the campaign group, Barrister Rotimi Ekundayo Ogunwuyi, expressed appreciation to the team and commended Shodiya, whom he described as his friend, for his consistent support, adding that this is not the first time he will be receiving support from him.
Ogunwuyi also added that the political group should not relent, adding that the team should intensify efforts on the ward-to-ward, zone-to-zone, and door-to-door mobilization, while also stating that the souvenirs donated will be of good help in terms of publicity.
On the COSCO entourage were Wards Chairmen, Hon. S.T. Phillips, Alhaji Abayomi Adeleke, Alhaji Olorode, and Hon. Lekan Akinola; Supervisor for Works and Infrastructure, Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA, Mrs Mary Ishola, LGA Woman Leader in Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA, among others.
It should be noted that COSCO is a socio-political volunteer group comprised of experienced politicians and non-politicians who believe in the vision and mission of Barrister Ganiyu Adele Ayuba (Mayor KK) and a greater Alimosho.
