A new mega-store recently launched out in Agbado Oke-Odo area of Alimosho, making it the first-of-its-kind in the gateway community that connects Lagos with Ogun State.
The mega-store, Prime Mart, is nestled on Ikola Road, off Command Road, and it has been described by patrons as being of equal standing with other known and reputable mega retail stores across Lagos.
One of the new employees of the store, who pleaded anonymity, proudly said Prime Mart sells everything anyone needs and the prices are friendly. "We have grocery and bakery divisions, we have a pharmacy and we sell household appliances, wines, drinks, and cosmetics, and we sell cheaper too," he revealed.
Wale Akingbade, a resident of Oladele Street, off Ikola Road, also told AlimoshoToday with excitement: "Prime Mart is a welcome development. We are happy they are here. It was good Ambode (former Governor of Lagos State) did our roads for us because, if not for the roads, we may not see good businesses like this coming here to stay. But you can now see for yourself that the community is coming alive."
Prime Mart opens to the public every day of the week from 8:00 am to 9.30 pm.
